How long does a lash lift last?
Lash lifts typically last 6–8 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. To maintain results, we recommend rebooking around the 6-week mark.

Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes! After the first 24 hours, mascara really enhances your lifted lashes and makes them pop. Feel free to use your favorite formulas to boost volume and drama anytime.

What’s the difference between a lash lift and extensions?
Extensions add synthetic lashes for volume, while lash lifts curl and tint your natural lashes. Lash lifts are gentler, lower maintenance, and perfect for a more natural look.

Are your facials customized?
Yes! Every facial is tailored to your skin’s current needs—from acne and inflammation to hydration or anti-aging. We use professional-grade products and expert analysis to achieve the best results.

Do you do extractions during facials?
Yes, our facials include gentle, targeted extractions when needed to unclog pores and prevent breakouts, leaving your skin clearer without trauma or redness.

Are your services and products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! We use high-quality, skin-safe products and adjust our techniques to accommodate sensitivity. Please inform us of any allergies or previous reactions during your consultation.

How do I know which facial is right for me?
Our expert estheticians assess your skin’s needs during your consultation and customize your facial for the best results. Simply tell us your skin goals, and we’ll handle the rest!

What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged 100%.

What is your refund policy for prepaid treatment packages?
Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, minus a 5% management fee. After 14 days, prepaid treatments are non-refundable.

What is your product refund and exchange policy?
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt. Special order products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

I cannot find a booking time that works. What should I do?
If you don’t see a suitable appointment time, feel free to send us a message! We’ll do our best to accommodate you—even outside of regular hours.
